Remove `aptabase`

### Privacy-focused Change

Hello!

I am a privacy-focused user, and I noticed that qopy seems to store plain-text versions of my passwords. For this purpose, I'd like to remove outside connection requests. If possible, could `aptabase` be removed from the repo for a more privacy-focused experience? I'd be willing to write the pull request for this change. Thank you.
