I am on Macbook Air M1, Monterey 12.2.1 and trying to block this remote list: https://a.dove.isdumb.one/list.txt

But whenever I add it's URL it gives the ERROR:

I have tried to use both a HTTPS and HTTP version of the URL, but nether work. it looks like this:

Any help would be great, Thank you!
