Issue with Adding Collection in DSpace-CRIS 2024.02.02 on Ubuntu 24.04 LTS

Dear Team,

I have installed DSpace-CRIS 2024.02.02 on Ubuntu 24.04 LTS. I was able to create the main community and sub-community successfully. However, I am unable to add a collection because I cannot select any entity type. There is no list of entity types available for selection, and this field is mandatory for creating a collection.

I have also tried installing the application on a different system, but the result is the same.

Could you please take a look at this issue? I have attached a screenshot for your reference.

It works after running this command. ./dspace initialize-only-entity-types -d . Now I can see the entity types in the list.
