你可以用这个方法，把缺失的jar发布到自己的本地仓库，默认在.m2下面
mvn install:install-file -Dfile=your-artifact-1.0.jar
[-DpomFile=your-pom.xml]
[-Dsources=src.jar]
[-Djavadoc=apidocs.jar]
[-DgroupId=org.some.group]
[-DartifactId=your-artifact]
[-Dversion=1.0]
[-Dpackaging=jar]
[-Dclassifier=sources]
[-DgeneratePom=true]
[-DcreateChecksum=true]
[-DlocalRepositoryPath=path]

这个jar包就是将argo的core打包而成的，在core目录里执行mvn package
然后执行如下命令将该包注册到你的m2仓库
mvn install:install-file -DgroupId=com.bj58.spat -DartifactId=argo -Dversion=1.0.0 -Dpackaging=jar -Dfile=D:\Download\com.bj58.spat.argo_1.0.0.jar

楼上正解，你也可以直接用eclipse导入后，在argo中右键maven->install也行
