Key chording (ie j+k) support in vscode

Hi,

One think I really miss using dance is the hability to use key chords.

Vscode supports combos, but once you hit the first key of the combo it waits for the next one. No true chording.

Since this requires vscode to natively support such keybindings I've created an issue to support this feature (microsoft/vscode#255938)

But now I need the upvotes to make it into the backlog. So, if you think this is a worthy feature, please go there and upvote.
