Teleporters

Placeable object in GM (likely a flagpole w/flag) that can be placed at different locations, players are able to interact with the object and select their destination (multiple destinations would be great) and be teleported to the location of the destination object.  Ideally, the object would be able to have both origin and destination on it, enabling 2 way travel.
