How to install the package (will be Git based until package is added to PyPI), including dependencies.

Currently slightly tricky as it requires installing a specific branch of TopoStats which is under development, but its
perfectly possible as `pip install git+https://github.com/AFM-SPM/TopoStats+<branch_name>`
