Add Notes - Markdown & Editing Issues

The following post is about all the "Add Notes" popup windows. All of them are missing the ability to use markdown language. They should be able to read markdown.
In non Chromium based browsers it is not possible to set the cursor with the mouse or to select a text element with a double click. The following list explains which functions are possible in which "Add Notes" window.

Edit Title and description:

• markdown: doesn't work
• setting cursor / selecting text by double click: works

Add trainer notes:

• markdown: doesn't work
• setting cursor / selecting text by double click: doesn't work (in firefox, works in chromium based browsers)

Add notes:
