✨ Feature Request - Greed Mode Wave Counter

Hi @AaronCohen21,

First of all, thank you for this amazing little QoL mod! 🙏

I was wondering if you'd be up for adding support for Greed Mode?
Because the wave counter bar of this mod, is much prettier then the original! 😄

Suggestions - Feature Request

• The progress bar could be placed on top of the original Greed Mode progress bar
• Or the original progress bar could be hidden,
  with the new progress bar in the same place as the BossRushWaveCounter
• Perhaps the skull in the progress bar could be replaced for Greed Mode, with a penny / bloody penny (hard mode)

Suggestions - Implementation

This could be implemented as a:

• Fork GreedModeWaveCounter
  • Upside: Less work to give users the ability to toggle only/both BossRush/GreedMode WaveCounter(s)
  • Downside: More work down the road, due to code duplication, merging upstream changes.
• Feature
  • Upside: No code duplication required, so better maintainability towards the future
  • Downside: More work to implement initially,
    additional work required to give users the ability to toggle only/both BossRush/GreedMode WaveCounter(s)
