Synchronize repositories from public in parallel #383
Description
Right now bootstrap_repositories.py script synchronizes repositories sequentially and takes a lot of time to do so (around 24 hours when we do the sync after new minor version is released). In order to speed up the operation, we need to parallelize sync operations.
