Description
Currently, the button “Back to inbox” is shown at the top of the form, even when the user is on page 1 after completing the stateless step. This creates an unintuitive navigation experience, because the user arrives directly from the stateless view and expects to navigate back there — not to the inbox.

Request
Replace the existing “Back to inbox” button with a “Back to stateless” button when the user is on page 1 after the stateless step.

Additional Information

Acceptance Criteria

Given that the user completes the stateless step and lands on page 1 of the form,
then the button at the top of the form should display “Back to stateless”.

Given that the user is on page 1 after stateless,
then clicking “Back to stateless” should return the user to the stateless view.

Given that the user is on any page beyond page 1 (page 2 and onwards),
then the existing logic for “Back to inbox” or standard back-navigation should behave as normal.
