PC Manger Connects but on Linux wvdial fails when ppp0 is created

Exit code 16. Modem has hung up.

This is on Raspbian and Unbuntu kernel 4.10.

Please help. Is there anyway to extract the configuration from PCManager so I know what do enter into /etc/wvdial.conf and pppconfig.

Sorry, just did what I asked (looked into PC Manger settings), and it's working on Linux now.
This might be helpful for people who are not sure what settings their mobile supplier uses. (I wasn't)
