UWT: Annotation:Convert File stopped working

This workflow step has always worked for me but now with an existing workflow step it is throwing the following error: The remote server returned an error: (400) Bad Request. I'm curious if the service you are calling to perform this conversion has expired/deprecated.

I spoke too soon. So I revisited the CloudConvert site, paid for more time and still I get the following error. The strange thing is that when I changed the API in the solution’s configuration screen from an old API key to a new one I noticed that the length of the key expanded 10 fold. Probably not an issue but noteworthy. The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden.
