Triggering Arducam 5MP Plus with Arduino

My current Setup:
-Arduino UNO R3
-Arducam OV5642 5MP Plus camera

I wanted to add an external trigger to the same arduino which is also connected to the arducam. I am using the host V2 app, so the path for the file to be saved in the PC is stored there.

What do I have to do in order to get an image to the PC stored using an hardwaretrigger with for example 5V on a specific pin.
