run_tractor.R: Option to output ancestry allele frequencies by group

Hi,

It would be great to have additional functionality to output the allele frequency for i.e anc0 by a grouping variable in the run_tractor.R script. I'm specifically thinking in the context of logistic regression, where you could get AF_anc0 for cases and controls. Thank you!
