Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When onboarding websites from other agencies, we assume the sites are clean and free of viruses and malware but this won't always be the case. Being able to automatically scan site content for dangerous scripts or other malware would add a key feature.
Describe the solution you'd like
Sub-command in the CLI that can be run either as part of the general setup or independently that scans the entire site (or specified path) using ClamAV.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Installed desktop virus and malware scanners and online services, however it would be more effective if it was part of the turn-key solution.
