ADDI translates label

Use of labels in ADDI instruction are translated to the corresponding address. Eg:

nop
here: nop
addi 1, 0, here

is interpreted as:

nop
here: nop
addi 1, 0, 1

The spec seems to allow it.
However, it does not seem to be supported by the Online Verification Tool...
