Loading/display of VTK objects?

VTK objects are mostly interchangeable with OBJ files via VTK's IO.

It stands to reason Display may be able to load them directly, similar to .ply files

@gdevenyi Not impossible, but it would take some work. VTK seems to have used several different formats over the years, their current one is XML-based.
