Seems to switch focus back and forth between papers and display items. Be clearer about unit of analysis at each stage

• Clarify that assessment is about computational reproducibility of display items; not claims or robustness checks
• Maybe replace letters with numbers or levels?
• Clarify that reproducibility scores are only used in Assessment and Improvements stages. We don't ask reproducers to assign scores to robustness checks.
• Fix numbering inconsistencies between stages and chapter numbers
• Add more tips with recommendations on best course of action for reproducer
