Some small bugs

• Does not support double monitor. Checks the co-ordinates of main monitor even if cursor is on second monitor.
• Tooltip is not visible when hovering over bottommost elements of the screen. Does not check if mouse is below certain height to change tooltip position above the cursor than below.
