Reverse complementation

Hello, I am running MeshClust with identity threshold of 0.5 on small repeat monomers. Just wanted to ask how does MeshClust deal with reverse complementation? I think, ideally a sequence and its reverse complement should be in the same cluster, but is that so with MeshClust?

I have the same question. Does Meshclust test the reverse complement of each sequence?
