Display all inflow and outflow transaction

What would you like to be added:

Quantum should be able to display all incoming and outgoing transactions on the both ends. Some information that we already have, we will only show confirmed transactions:

ETH -> DFC:

1. Eth Hash
2. Send Hash
3. Date (UTC)
4. Amount
5. Token Symbol

DFC -> EVM:

1. Eth Receiver address
2. Date (UTC)
3. Claim Amount
4. Token Symbol
5. Fee Amount

Tech requirements

• For the MVP, we will only show initial 20 transactions. Next 20 should be paginated so it's not heavy on the users.
• This should be a dedicated page on itself. Let's use "/transactions"
• For the design, make it adaptable to more chains in the future
• Add a filter for dates, instead of pagination. Might not be possible for MVP but on future iterations
• Adding a search as well to filter data
