- Baltimore Code & Coffee needs one main phone number
- A phone number is currently necessary to access the Code & Coffee space
- This number should be shareable between members so no one person is responsible for it and it is not anyone's personal number
Need to research what is the best (free) option to handle this.
How easy is it to share the number?
What are the limitations?
Can it be expanded in the future as needed?
Is there voice mail?
If there is voice mail who is responsible for responding to it?
Will it be able to receive text messages?
Who will be responsible for responding?
Can there be stock responses that are preset to respond?
Need to make sure the solution works across all platforms, apple, google, etc.
