Make InputReporter it's own prefab to add #12
Description
Right now there is a DataManager in the manager scene that implements InputReporter.
The issue with this is that InputReporter has check box options for what to report. These should be editable for experimenters.
So we need to make it a prefab that they can add, just like the SoundRecorder.
