Monstrosity TP moves bugged

Shortcuts forces the game to send these as /ma & /ja as can be seen, but they are TP moves, so should be /ws

This is related to two open ResourceExtractor issues:

1. monstrosity.lua - shuffled tp_moves Windower/ResourceExtractor#36
2. monster_abilities.lua - 1278+ Windower/ResourceExtractor#35

I assert without evidence that if they were resolved this would not be a problem.
