Output of application guid as single last line or to a file

Rationale:
The application guid is need to upload new versions in a separate step.
In a scripted environment its much easier to control the output the guid for CreateApplication either to stdout as a single line or to a file to be used it in the AddVersion step.
Right now one have to parse the log to extract the guid
