Case messaging does not support mentioning "@Mike OʻConnor"; will link to another "@Mike" instead

Hi!

When there are two people involved in a case and one is named "Mike" and the other "Mike OʻConnor", then referencing Mike OʻConnor in messaging will instead reference the other Mike. It looks like this:

The related pop-up confirms the mis-attribution (but I'm not sharing it here for privacy reasons (but felt that saying "Mike OʻConnor" was okay)).

Hello @hartwork - this and #155 is a library issue - so the impasse. Sorry we will look into making some alternative At mention support.
