Unable to log in to VINCE portal : MFA either loops back to login page or fails to appear #174
Description
We are from Red Hat. We are currently unable to log in to the VINCE portal.
After entering the MFA code, the system either:
- Redirects us back to the login page without logging in, or
- Skips the MFA prompt entirely and fails to proceed.
To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Go to the VINCE login page.
Enter username and password.
Enter MFA code when prompted (if prompted).
Experience one of the following:
Redirected back to login page after MFA.
No MFA prompt shown; only login page.
Expected behavior
After entering valid login credentials and MFA code, the portal should log us into the system successfully.
Additional context
This issue affects multiple users at Red Hat and blocks our access to the VINCE portal for vulnerability coordination activities.
