Vulnerability report was sent but not added to my profile #186

Describe the bug
I have submitted a report VRF#25-08-HSXQF. Then, clicked "submit another report". I received an email for the first report and it was added to my profile a few minutes after that. Then, I sent out the second report VRF#25-08-GTJCW from which I received an email. But it was not added to my profile. After I submitted the second vulnerability report, the website asked me to sign in. Most possibly, it signed me out while I was filling out the form. There was only 3 minutes difference between two reports.
To Reproduce
not sure if it is reproducable.
Expected behavior
I would expect it to add it to my profile so that i can see it under my reports. Even if it would sign me out while I fill the form, it could still add it to my profile due via email address.
