HERO DAO × CESS Foundation— Phase 1 Ecosystem Collaboration Scope Proposal

  1. Background

HERO DAO is a decentralized Web3 community focused on global user engagement, education, and open collaboration.
After an extensive review of the CESS Network’s architecture, mission, and decentralized data vision, HERO DAO expresses strong interest in participating in the early global development of the CESS ecosystem.

This proposal outlines the public collaboration scope for Phase 1, aligned with CESS’s transparency and community-driven governance practices.

  1. Shared Collaboration Principles

HERO DAO submits this proposal based on the following principles:

2.1 Open Participation
CESS is a permissionless, global decentralized network.
HERO DAO aims to contribute as one of many ecosystem partners, with no exclusivity.

  • Community activities and discussions

3.3 Web3 University & Education Outreach

  • Collaboration with student blockchain associations
  • Entry-level educational materials about decentralized storage & CESS
  • Online/offline study groups or learning sessions

3.4 Web3 KOL & Public Education Partnerships

  • Cooperation with recognized Web3 educators
  • Non-promotional ecosystem explainers
  • Global exposure through cross-regional KOL networks

3.5 Ecosystem Awareness for Nodes & Builders

  • High-level introductions to node participation
  • Educational content about CESS’s decentralized data model
  • Supportive materials for onboarding builders/communities
