On shutdown
if the user has a global variable tied to some .DLL, then Py_FinalizeEx barfs.
Dynamically loaded DLLs, such as wxWindows, unload after PyRx. From a scripting language perspective, I assume this will always be the case.

PyRx is locked, cannot be unloaded, just let the process cleanup. ARX, BRX, ZRX have a clean call stack on exit.
GRX has an exception long after PyRx is unloaded, wxExit is called

The exception is wxApp::MSWProcessPendingEventsIfNeeded called after PyRx is unloaded, wxApp is null
Only when wxXmlInitResourceModule has been called. I was not able to find where in wxWidgets this is being called.

As a short term fix, I close the process only if wxXmlInitResourceModule has been called
