block_id deprecation replacements

I dont' think the replacements given in cif_pow for the block IDs are correct.

• _pd_block.id is offically replaced by _pd_phase.id, _pd_diffractogram.id', or _audit.block_code.
• _pd_block_diffractogram.id is offically replaced by _pd_diffractogram.id.
• _pd_phase_block.id is officalyy replaced by _pd_phase.id.

I only think _audit.block_code is probably an appropriate replacement. The remainder aren't data block identifiers. They should be mentioned in the description of the deprecated dataname as things which are used now, but as a machine-readable replacement? I don't think they are.

So the idea of "replaced by" is not that it is a 1-for-1 replacement: we have aliases for that. The idea is that someone wanting to capture the same information that they would have used the deprecated data name for can instead use the pointed-to data names for the same effect. So in this sense the replacement indication is correct.

Perhaps we should add this explanation to the ddl.dic file.

Ah. I had it in my head that it was a drop-in replacement.

Will also check other deprecated items to see if we can suggest other replacements
