Commands /say and /say_team are not accepted

On my server, chat messages and commands (like /rs, /help, say, say_team) from NextClient users do not reach the server at all.
Because of this, AMXX plugins using register_clcmd("say ...") or say_team do not work for them.
Everything works fine for regular clients (Steam/Non-Steam). Only NextClient is affected.

Tested setup:

ReHLDS: 3.14.0.857
ReGameDLL_CS: 5.28.0.756
Metamod: 1.3.0.149
AMXX: 1.9.0 (build 5294)
Modules: ReAPI 5.26.0.338
Server OS: Linux (HLDS Build 8684)
NextClientServerApi v1.5.0-beta.3

Initially it seemed that the problem was due to the /rs plugin not working, but after testing I found that chat or command messages from NextClient users were not being sent to the server at all.

Could you try installing the latest stable version of https://github.com/CS-NextClient/NextClientServerApi/releases/tag/v1.4.0 ?
This is a very strange behavior, I hope it is only in the beta version.

On 1.4.0 it works, but the self-written plugin catching g_nextClientPlayers stopped working.

What does the plugin do? Does it put any hooks in the module? 🤔

Shows how many players on the server are using NextClient, and makes a note in chat [NC] that a player is using NextClient.
Does not insert any hooks... except in the say and say_team commands, to make a note.

Maybe it doesn't work only for players with version 2.4.0?
