This commit includes work undertaken on the code translator between 25/09/2024 and 03/10/2024 Backlog items addressed: - organised `www` folder to have some subdirectories based on useage (html, images, includes, rmd and instructions) - updated config to enable easier configuration of regex, gpt model and tokens - added docker installation (untested) in this form - theoretically works though - included docker config items in config file - updated readme to add installation instructions for posit products and docker - corrected readme to correct names of things (openai related words) - added my linkedin profile to contributors - abstracted away all of the code from ui.R and server.R almost to the point where they're empty. - moved abstracted code to global.R and added further abstraction to move functions to ./functions/utils.R - added fileRead() & associated support methods to reduce over-abundance of `paste0(getwd(), 'path-to/file.ext)` - changed rmd knit output to html folder - added .REnviron to .gitignore - moved some inline javascript into dedicated files - loaded js in head not body Resolves: #3, #4, #5, #6
