"Locate Me" geolocation prompt buttons don't work

Android 8.1.0
Chrome 76.0.3809.132

Neither "Block" nor "Allow" works after I hit the "Locate Me" option in the location filter. Nothing happens when I tap them.

Just a reminder, the maps default state is close to already being centered on Wisconsin. If you move the map and click the locate button, does it still not move?
