Great start to Module 2.

A few comments and questions:

• I don't know if Mod 2 will also be labeled as STAT 158.
• The description on the first page is about Mod 1, not 2. Maybe revise to delineate objectives per Mod.
• Some typos in 2.1. There's spell check within RStudio.
• You can use chunk options to suppress warnings, errors, or messages (e.g., when calling library(tidyverse))
• Reference Wickham 2013 (I think) on tidy data.
• Was piping covered in Mod 1? Maybe move the warning of unknown/not-yet-taught functions to start of book.
• Requests for feedback on section should take place at end of page. Can you create new page for each subsection? Like /newpage between 2.1.1 and 2.1.2?
• Where are absolute vs. relative pathnames discussed?
• Where/when would students have an RDS file to read into R? What are some examples?
• library() vs. require()?
• Explain map function.
• Explain connection between R and HTML? It is not clear when/why they would need HTML.
