How do you bind multiple bindings to a key (i wanna play pokemon type wild)

i Wanna Have left down right and up on my circle pad but i dont know how to do it

Sounds like you need to install JoytoKey. You can bind joysticks/gamepad buttons to keys using that.
(vJoy already processes the 3DS buttons and d-pad as keyboard input iirc)
