Suggestion: Add ananicy-game-performance %command% functionality

The idea is that it checks, if the launched game is added to the list & if not, it will use game-performance instead.

Or Ananicy checks if the game is on the list & if not, it will add it to the list & then adjust the nice levels?

It can be more like dev utility for people to make PRs. A ananicy-add-game script that lets u select the game from process list - add it to the rules - and maybe make a pr on github
