[Feature] Add ability to configure protected name substitution #413

Use case
It would be nice to be able to configure the protected name substitution logic for classes and property name in model generation.
Proposal
Add configuration in swagger_parser.yaml or pubspec.yaml to set either as prefix or suffix and maybe a comma separated list of string to add to the string that respect the order.
