Make deploy does not work on MacOS

On MacOs, the scp command does not support the -O option. The script should check for the OS name and decide whether or not to pass the -O option. It should remain passed on Linux systems.

On macOS Tahoe Version 26.0 Beta (25A5316i), I have been able to successfully run deploy.sh in the Terminal app, passing /etc/hosts and confirming it transferred fine, without removing the -O argument.

Looking at the man page for scp, it seems since this issue was opened, there has been added support for passing -O to use the legacy SCP protocol on macOS.

Happy to create a PR to add an OS check that decides whether to omit the argument, if this is still a relevant issue for anyone using older versions of macOS.

I appreciate your investigation into this! However, I should probably note that this project has been completed since 2023-2024 and will not be continued at all. InSpace has moved on from QNX to NuttX.
