Improve EDF load process

Currently, CPAP-Exporter just loads the entire folder in one swoop, which means the user has to wait for the entire process to complete before they see any results.  It should load one day at a time and update the UI (by adding to the results collection).

CPAP-Exporter should at least have the option to forget while loading, for low memory computers.

Investigate parallelizing this.
