Add CLI tools #4
Description
Currently dproxy is made for use by an automatic system (aka nodegear). For small projects, and dedicated router, it'd be useful to have a CLI tool that help manage the routing tables.
- Show proxy table
- Add/modify/remove entry from proxy table
