Support for type 10320/loc #34
Description
Handle Values of type 10320/loc contain a bit of XML. We could parse this XML and represent it as a structured piece of JSON, instead of returning the XML verbatim.
This is already done for other built-in Handle Value types, eg. HS_ADMIN.
