RunCellpose crashes when 'show probability image' is on #295
Description
I am using RunCellpose with Docker image cellprofiler/runcellpose_with_pretrained:2.3.2.
When I turn on "Save Probability Image?" and run the module, it crashes CellProfiler with the error “Error while processing RunCellpose: len(output_shape) cannot be smaller than the image dimensions” and it never shows a probability image.
