Searching for 'Digisig.org' in google is not returning results that direct to my site. It does not seem as though it is indexing the site in any fashion.

I have submitted http://www.digisig.org to the Seach Console using the Webmaster Tools to google.
Here was the response:

Google adds new sites to our index, and updates existing ones, every time we crawl the web. If you have a new URL, tell us about it here. We don't add all submitted URLs to our index, and we can't make predictions or guarantees about when or if submitted URLs will appear in our index.

Google does not crawl the web every day. Check periodically in the upcoming weeks to see if your site has been registered by typing site:digisig.org into the google search. If it has been indexed by google, it will appear first in the search results.
