Auto chooser in Elastic

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When we start the match we will be using Elastic as our Driver interface during the match. We want there to be a chooser that allows us to clearly pick from the auto routines that we have.

Describe the solution you'd like
We need to update the robot code in ways that Elastic can communicate clearly with the code.

We have tried Shuffleboard and it s---s.

More generally we need to think about what we would like to see on the dashboard. What are the most important things? Discuss with the drive team...
