Trouble with the operator joystick possibly a command interupt.

When this happens the operator joystick doesn't respond.

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

When interrupt the de-algae command with the intake command.

**Expected behavior**
We expect that things return to the idle state.
