crash when `'` in URL

A cartes.app user noticed in this issue that the ' character, escaped as %27 causes ClearURLs to crash with error:

Application error: a client-side exception has occurred while loading cartes.app (see the browser console for more information)

and in the console : IndexedDB UnknownErr: ActorsParent.cpp:585
