CAN IT BE DONE? - Instagram adn referral link tracking elimination #502

Lets say I'm wasting time on Instagram and finally see a decent thing.
I click the share icon, then select "Copy Link". It copies the link into the pastebin. Example, this monstrosity:

After pasting it into the Chat Tool Of Choice, I chop off everything after the /? as its unneeded.
Can a rule be added to ClearURLs that might eliminate the tracking from being copied in the first place?
I apologise in advance in that I didn't do any real research beforehand, other than a good search (which was silent on this).
