join: more explicit enumeration of types #13
Description
For example, right now sorted joins only support full outer joins, but the configuration (type: "outer") does not communicate which of left/right/full you're doing. It'd be clearer what was going on if you always had to specify one of the following types:
- inner
- left outer
- right outer
- full outer
- ...potentially others
